CEO & FOUNDER | ARTISTIC DIRECTOR<\/p>\n\t

Ella Louise Allaire is a CEO, producer, show designer, composer, librettist, international speaker, mentor and entrepreneur. Her creative leadership has earned her a Gold Stevie\u00ae Award for Creative Executive of the Year and a Silver Stevie\u00ae Award for Woman of the Year.\u00a0 For almost 20 years, she has been the driving force behind MONLOVE, the company she founded to bring ambitious creative ideas to life. Blending creativity with strong business instincts, she leads multidisciplinary teams and has collaborated with organizations including Peanuts Worldwide, NASA, Warner Bros., Cirque du Soleil and 20th Century Fox.<\/p>\n

Today, Ella Louise is co-creating, writing and producing MIRACULOUS LADYBUG & CAT NOIR: THE LIVE STAGE SPECTACULAR, an all-new original production developed in partnership with Miraculous Corp and launching worldwide in 2027.\u00a0 Her work includes Scooby-Doo! and the Lost City of Gold, for which she co-created the concept, book, music and lyrics while producing the multi-million-dollar production.\u00a0 She also created and produced All Systems Are Go!, an immersive Peanuts\u2122\/NASA experience at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex that brought the story of NASA’s Artemis missions to families through live entertainment, helping audiences understand the journey back to the Moon. The production ran for two years.<\/p>\n

Ella Louise also co-created the concept, book, music and lyrics for Ice Age Live! A Mammoth Adventure, which toured 48 countries, was translated into 12 languages and grossed more than $100 million.\u00a0 Her music career includes work with Cirque du Soleil on K\u00c0 in Las Vegas, ZED at Tokyo Disney, Alegr\u00eda, for which she wrote “Rinalto Vera,” and the feature film Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away, produced by James Cameron. Other credits include The Nut Job Live & Friends, the Vancouver Winter Olympics, Conan the Barbarian, and work across film, television, commercials and video games.<\/p>\n

Under her leadership, MONLOVE has received four Gold Stevie Awards, including Company of the Year in Media & Entertainment.<\/p>\n

Beyond the stage, Ella Louise is passionate about sharing what she has learned and supporting the next generation of creative entrepreneurs. She has spoken at SXSW and HUB Montr\u00e9al and mentored through La Piscine.\u00a0 A graduate of McGill University, she continued with a master’s degree in film composition at Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al and was awarded a Canada Council Fellowship.<\/p>\n

MARTIN LORD FERGUSON is a distinguished Creative Executive, Graphic designer, editor, programmer, Show Creator\/Producer, Scriptwriter, Composer, Lyricist and Sound Engineer, renowned for his versatile talents and successfully managing and negotiating numerous multi-million-dollar productions. Over the last 25 years, Martin has built an international reputation by excelling in both the creative and managerial aspects of productions.<\/p>\n

As the Senior Vice-President of the acclaimed company MONLOVE, Martin’s impressive portfolio included writing the book, music, and lyrics for the mega-success Ice Age Live! A Mammoth Adventure (20th Century Fox, Stage Entertainment). This production achieved record audiences in Paris, drawing over 60,000 spectators in a five-day run, and in Hamburg, with over 30,000 spectators in a single weekend, surpassing major acts like Coldplay and U2. Martin is also the co-creator and co-producer of family musicals such as The Nut Job Live and Friends, Scooby-Doo! and the Lost City of Gold, and the upcoming Bugs Bunny’s Great Big Musical Extravaganza, featuring the internationally recognized Looney Tunes characters.<\/p>\n

Additionally, he is involved in the immersive educational experience All Systems Are Go! centered on NASA’s Artemis mission, currently playing at Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, Florida. Martin’s career began as a music producer and engineer, producing over 30 albums for renowned artists such as Cirque du Soleil, Holiday on Ice, Roch Voisine, Ginette Reno, Elise Velle, and Mitsou. For over 25 years, he has contributed to various fields including theater, large-format shows, advertising, TV series, feature films, and songwriting. His score for White Skin earned two prestigious Canadian awards: “Best New Director” at the Toronto Film Festival and “Best First Movie” at the Genie Awards. He also composed for the TV series Fortier, which achieved a 60% market share, making it the most-watched drama series in Canadian history.<\/p>\n\t

For more than ten years, Eric was in charge of production at TOHU. Under its governance there were hundreds of productions and Montreal Completement Cirque. Eric has brought his vast experience to MONLOVE’s team as production director for international projects.<\/p>\n

\nSenior Technical Director<\/h2>\n\tFor more than twenty years, Serge has worked in event management and of show production. His extensive experiences within companies such as Cirque du Soleil, Parc Jean-Drapeau, Canadian Grand Prix, Just for Laughs Festival, Tohu, and the Backstreet Boys, has made him a leader in his field.\n

Patrick Martel has been working as a puppet designer and puppeteer for over 25 years, and has collaborated with, to name a few, the Center for Puppetry Arts (Don Quixote), T\u00e9l\u00e9fiction, Lemieux\/Pilon, Kid Koala (Nufonia Must Fall), \u00c0 nous deux! with Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de l’Avant-Pays, and Toruk, the large-scale production by Cirque du Soleil.<\/p>\n

Genevi\u00e8ve Fortin has held several positions in stage costumes over the past 20 years. She has been wardrobe assistant for various companies such as L’Op\u00e9ra de Montr\u00e9al and Les Grands Ballets Canadiens. Currently head dresser at Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier at Place des Arts in Montreal, she has also been a dresser for Yves P. Pelletier and Forever Gentlemen on tour.<\/p>\n

WILLIAM TODD-JONES<\/strong>
