Turning a movie into a live production can seem an impossible task, especially when the protagonists are woolly mammoths. Then imagine the logistics of adding a dozen or so musical numbers, and, as a coup de grace, staging it on ice. That’s precisely what Ella Louise Allaire and Martin Lord Ferguson, the story and musical directors\/composers, did with “Ice Age Live!
