ELLA LOUISE ALLAIRE
CEO & FOUNDER / ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Ella is a show designer, librettist, composer, lyricist, producer and entrepreneur. Over the years, she has gained an international reputation that makes her one of the most sought after creators in the entertainment industry. She wrote the original idea, book, lyrics and music for the blockbuster show for 20th Century Fox’s multi-billion dollar franchise - L'âge de glace live! with her colleague and accomplice Martin Lord Ferguson. Ice Age Live! broke sales records with over 3 million viewers, and was declared the #1 show in Europe in 2013. Ice Age Live! was more popular than Coldplay and U2 with more than 60,000 spectators over five days at Omnisports de Bercy in Paris, 73,000 in Vienna, in addition to obtaining a nomination for the prestigious LEA awards for ‘Show of the Year’ in 2013. Ice Age Live! also received the O2 Hamburg ‘Best Seller’ award.
Among other accomplishments: Ella co-wrote Scooby-Doo! and the Lost City of Gold, participated in numerous Cirque du Soleil productions including the 3D film Cirque du Soleil Worlds Away, co-produced by James Cameron and Cirque du Soleil, directed by Andrew Adamson (Chronicle of Narnia); Cirque du Soleil Zed (Tokyo Disney); the very famous Alegria (Arena) for which she wrote the song Rinalto Vera; KA (MGM, Las Vegas). Time Magazine voted the KÀ soundtrack “The best new score for 2005.” Additionally, KÀ charted on the Billboard for over 56 weeks with a top five for the year ending in 2006. Her work has been heard on numerous international productions, including the Vancouver Winter Olympics; the feature film Conan The Barbarian; Philippe Noiret: Gentleman Saltimbanque; The Scorpion King 2; Dateline NBC; NFL movies; Oprah Winfrey Show; the video game: Spiderman-Shattered-Dimensions; McDonald’s commercial: Fishing; the acrobatic troupe of Beijing for the show: “The musical box”; the feature film: Journey to the Center of the Earth, a collection of five CDs for APM Music Hollywood, orchestral music for the Quebec symphonic Orchestra, as well as two personal albums: Mon Or and Heretique. The creation and production of the family musicals: The Nut Job Live and Friends, Scooby-Doo! and the lost city of Gold, the upcoming Bugs Bunny’s Great Big Musical Extravaganza with the internationally recognized Looney Tunes characters, and the immersive educational experience on NASA’s Artemis mission: All Systems Are Go! currently playing at Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Ella Louise studied flute and piano at the Quebec Music Conservatory. She received the 1st prize at the Quebec music competition 2 times in a row. Subsequently, she graduated from McGill University, the prestigious Schulich School of Music, where she received the “James McGill Award” and the “Music Faculty Award” respectively. Admitted to the graduate program at the University of Montreal, she mastered film composition under the direction of Michel Longtin, and received the Canada Council Fellow. She was a Nominee at the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneurs of the year, and Finalist at the Quebec Business Women Award for international achievements.
MARTIN LORD FERGUSON

Martin is a Canadian show creator/producer, sound engineer, script writer, composer and lyricist. His credits include writing the Book, Music & Lyrics for the mega success: L'âge de glace live! (20th Century Fox, Stage Entertainment) with record audiences in Paris (over 60,000 spectators in a 5 day run) and Hamburg (over 30,000 spectators in a single weekend) beating acts like Coldplay and U2.
His credits also include The Nut Job Live & Friends (Monlove), Energia (Stage Entertainment), world renowned Cirque du Soleil’s shows: KÀ, Zed and Saltimbanco (Arena), a trailer for the film: Avatar, Planes and hundreds more .
Martin started out as a music producer and engineer producing over 30 albums including Cirque du Soleil, Holiday on Ice, Roch Voisine, Ginette Reno, Elise Velle & Mitsou. For over 20 years he has been involved in every field of the industry including theater and large format shows, advertising, TV series and feature films as well as song-writing. He scored White Skin which received two awards in Canada “Best new director,” Toronto Film Festival & “Best first movie,” Genie Awards, and the TV series “Fortier” which with a 60% market share was the biggest drama series ever in French Canadian history.
His music has been heard on many international productions including: Cirque Du Soleil Worlds Away a 3D film co-pro-duced by James Cameron and directed by Andrew Adamson (Shrek, Narnia...), “Conan The Barbarian” ( 2011), The “2010 Winter Olympic Games,” “The Scorpion King 2,” “The Huntsman: Winter’s War,” “Dateline NBC,” “the Cleveland show,” “NFL Films” and the video game “Spiderman - Shattered Dimensions”.

Graduated from Collège de Rosemont in 2017, Marie-Claude has been working as an accounting technician at MONLOVE since 2022.

For more than ten years, Eric was in charge of production at TOHU. Under its governance there were hundreds of productions and Montreal Completement Cirque. Eric has brought his vast experience to MONLOVE's team as production director for international projects.

Senior Technical Director
For more than twenty years, Serge has worked in event management and of show production. His extensive experiences within companies such as Cirque du Soleil, Parc Jean-Drapeau, Canadian Grand Prix, Just for Laughs Festival, Tohu, and the Backstreet Boys, has made him a leader in his field.

With a profile in visual creation, graphic design and printing of promotional material. Leo has been spearheading merchandising at MONLOVE.
PATRICK MARTEL
Concepteur des marionnettes
Patrick Martel est marionnettiste et concepteur de marionnettes depuis plus de 25 ans. Il collabore notamment avec le Center for Puppetry Arts (Don Quixote), Téléfiction, Lemieux/Pilon et Kid Koala (Nufonia Must Fall). La Société Arlyn Awards lui décerne une mention d’honneur pour sa conception du spectacle À nous deux! du Théâtre de l’Avant-Pays. Il a également conçu toutes les marionnettes de Toruk, une production à grands déploiements du Cirque du Soleil.
GENEVIÈVE FORTIN
Chef des ateliers de fabrication costumes et marionnettes
Geneviève Fortin a occupé plusieurs postes dans le milieu du costumes de scène au cour des 20 dernières années. Elle est passé de couturière à assistante au chef d’atelier pour différentes compagnies tel que l’Opéra de Montréal et les Grands Ballets Canadiens. Maintenant chef habilleuse à la salle Wilfrid-Pelletier de la Place des arts, elle a été aussi habilleuse pour Yves P Pelletier et Forever Gentlement en tournée.

Concepteur des marionnettes
William Todd-Jones est concepteur de marionnettes gallois, interprète, réalisateur, consultant en mouvement et écrivain, pour le cinéma, la télévision et le théâtre au Royaume-Uni et à l'étranger. Il a travaillé pour l'organisation Jim Henson au Royaume-Uni et sur de multiples projets incluant Harry Potter et les Oscars.
