For 20 years, as CEO and founder of the award-winning company MONLOVE, Ella Louise spearheaded numerous projects on both the creative and business management sides, including securing financing. She has directed hundreds of employees, creatives, office managers, consultants, business partners, and high-profile clientele. Since 2022, her work has included the creation and production of the family musical Scooby-Doo! and the Lost City of Gold, for which she signed the original concept, book, music, and lyrics, while also overseeing a multi-million-dollar production budget. Additionally, she led the immersive educational experience All Systems Are Go!, a Peanuts™ adventure on the Artemis missions, which was presented for two years (2023–2025) at Kennedy Space Center, Florida.
